Ingredients:
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup fresh strawberries or blueberries
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- ¾ cup coconut water
- Handful of ice cubes
Method:
- Place all ingredients into Thermomix or Blender and Blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy your nutritious morning smoothie
