Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into Thermomix or Blender and Blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy your nutritious morning smoothie
