Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 orange (flesh only)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 mint leaves
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Method:

  • Place all ingredients into Thermomix or Blender and blend on high speed for approximately 1 minute.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
