Ingredients: Makes 8 – 10
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sunflowers
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor except the chocolate chips. Blitz ingredients until mixture becomes blended and a smooth consistency.
- Add chocolate chips and mix through with a spoon evenly.
- Take a tablespoon of mixture, and roll into balls (size of your choice).
- Place into a container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week (if they last that long).
Tip: If they need to be sweeter, add extra rice malt syrup.
