Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut (preservative free)
- 4 tablespoons rice malt syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon hulled tahini
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line a slice tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure the chocolate chips are mixed through.
Pour onto the baking paper and using a wet spoon or went fingers push the mixture firmly.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
