Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried apricots
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup rolled oats
Method:
- Add all ingredients into thermomix or blender, and blend until mixture starts to come together.
- Once mixture has combined, use a spoon to scoop mixture out and roll into balls.
- Place the balls into an airtight container and place in the fridge to harden slightly.
